Nepal Tourist Vehicle Association (NTVA) has contributed remarkably to make Nepalese Tourism Industry a meaningful one from the economic viewpoint. This Association has been, ever since its establishment, relentlessly endeavoring to promote and develop the national tourism besides protecting the professional interest of tourist transporters and entrepreneurs. NTVA was set up in the year 2060 B.S. (2004 AD) with the spontaneous effort of the transporters/vehicle owners involved in providing vehicles to the valuable visitors to this country to facilitate their movement within the country. Currently, there are 65 vehicle companies who have joined this association. But because of the absence of long-term planning and farsightedness at the state level, tourist vehicle sector has, directly or indirectly facing quite a number of problems. Not that the vehicle entrepreneurs have kept quiet without putting up their efforts to solve those problems but NTVA's programs to consolidate itself and implement the formulated programs are yet to show desired effectiveness and consequences.
NTVA was set up in 2060 with the initiation of quite a number of tourist transport enterprises in Kathmandu in view of the ever increasing demand of the tourists and tour operators for surface transports to go to several coveted destinations in the city and outskirts of the city viz., Bhaktapur, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Pokhara and Lumbini etc.

काठमाण्डौ महानगर भित्रका पर्यटकिय स्थलहरुमा समस्याको रुपमा रहेको पर्यटक सवारी साधनहरुको पार्किङ, पिकअप ड्रप जस्ता समस्याहरुलाई समाधान गरिएको ।
The 20th National Annual Greeting Meeting (A.G.M) of Nepal Tourist Vehicle Association (N.T.V.A) was ended very successfully on Bhadra 22, 2080 at lainchour Banquet Lainchour Kathmandu. The Opening Ceremony of the program was done by the chief guest Hon. Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kirati.
Each and every guest gave their thoughtful speech, ideas & their views points towards N.T.V.A. Further more, in the speech there were ideas, planning & process involved for the betterment of the tourism vehicle company sectors. Everyone explained about the problems and struggles which are faced by the tourist vehicle company nowadays day by day. And the chief guest Hon. Sudan Kirati also gave his thought about making this Nepal tourist Vehicle Association even more better for the development of the Tourism Sector. Hon. Sudan Kirati also mentioned that from now on he will be giving his view point towards N.T.V.A.
छरिएर व्यवसाय गरिहेका भेईकल्स कम्पनिहरुलाई एकत्रित गर्ने उदेश्यलाई मनन् गर्दै संस्थाले नयां सदस्यता लिन चाहनेहरुको लागि बिगतमा कायम रहेको सदस्यस्ता शुल्कमा ८०% छुट गरी सदस्यता लिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
